Areas of Ministry: I believe we should be "equipping the saints for the work of the ministry." As partnership pastor, I facilitate the recruitment, retention and recognition of our ministry partners. I work in concert with our leadership team to make sure that everyone in our church discovers his or her own ministry gift and is given an opportunity to develop and use that gift in service to others.
I also manage the media ministry of The Church, which includes video production for television and the internet. I'm an instructor with the Las Vegas Leadership Institute and I lead an adult bible study/prayer service at The Church on Wednesday evenings
Family: I've been married for 28 years to Kitty, who's a CCSD school teacher. I have a 19 year old son, Cameron, who is a sophomore at UNLV and a 14 year old son, Griffin who is a freshman at Silverado High School. My sons are total opposites but both love God and think Pastor Benny walks on water. (Sometimes I do too).
Previous Lines of Work: I have been in broadcasting for more than 30 years and continue to host a weekly news/talk show on VegasPBS called "Nevada Week in Review." During my tenure at Channel 10 I have covered politics and the state legislature and hosted many debates and special programs during election seasons. I have also done work for KNPR and taught classes at the UNLV School of Journalism.
One of the Things I Find Most Fascinating: American History followed by travel. I love to travel!!

Book/books: The Word. Also Good Morning Holy Spirit by Benny Hinn and Ever Increasing Faith by Smith Wigglesworth. My favorite secular book is Founding Brothers by Joseph Ellis.
Food: Anything Italian.
