The Kids Volunteer Application
The Church believes that children’s ministry is more than daycare and “just watching” kids. Children’s ministry is a vital part of The Church. More than eight out of every 10 adults remembers consistently attending Sunday school or some other religious training before the age of 12. The statistics drop drastically as they get older. In fact, 80% of people get saved before the age of 12. That means there’s only a 20% chance or less that people will get saved as they enter their teen and adult lives.
We believe that if we can engage children at a young age that they will become spiritual champions who will change culture. We would love for you to be a part of this dynamic ministry by:
· Leading teams of volunteers
· Creating fun environments
· Coordinating our national children’s leaders conference—Napkin Conference
· Facilitating groups for discipleship and friendship
· Joining our creative team
· Preparing for our weekend experiences
· Impacting kids in Las Vegas and leaders around the world
