To return the completed documents scan and email to mrosales@thechurchlv.com, fax to 702-459-4019 Attn: The Kids, bring them in to The Church office M-Th 9am - 4:30pm & F 9am - 1pm, or bring them in to the information booth in the lobby during any weekend experience.
